Return Process

  Log into your Urban Revivo account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
